The Leap of Faith

In 2019, two brothers, Mohammad the accountant and Yehya the sous chef, stood at a crossroads. With all their savings in hand, they took a daringleap of faith,

purchasing a struggling restaurant called Meat & Cheese. The name didn't match the menu, and the place was devoid of customers. But the brothers saw potential where others saw failure. It was a gamble that could make or break them.

Crafting the Masterpieces

Determined to turn things around, the brothers went back to the drawing board. They stripped down the menu to just two items: the beef-loaded Meat & Cheezz burger and the crispy Fried Chicken Coleslaw Madonna. They spent countless hours perfecting these masterpieces until every bite was a taste of culinary perfection.

With these in hand, they hit the streets, offering samples to anyone who would try them. People were hooked. Alongside these iconic creations, they rebranded the restaurant, embracing a fresh, modern logo with a vibrant pop-culture theme inspired by what they personally loved in music and art that screamed, "We're different, and we're here to stay."

The Social Media Revolution

Armed with their perfected menu and new identity, the brothers launched a bold social media campaign. The phrase “Cheese it”or"شيزها"became the rallying cry, symbolizing their indulgent, cheese-filled creations. From mozzarella pulls to cheddar dips, their burgers and sandwiches became a viral sensation. Suddenly, there was no room left in their small shop, and their social media pages were exploding with likes and followers. They had not just created a menu; they had built a brand that resonated with a generation. Behind the scenes, they meticulously documented every aspect of their operations, preparing for something bigger.

The Expansion Blueprint

In 2022, the brothers' vision expanded beyond their original location. With a solid franchise system in place, they opened their first franchise in 2023. This marked the beginning of Meat & Cheezz's growth, not just as a local favorite but as a brand poised for broader horizons. What started as a risky gamble had transformed into a flourishing business model, and now, Meat & Cheezz is ready to spread its cheesy goodness across Jordan and beyond.
